What RapidRecall is
RapidRecall monitors the products you tell it you own against public recall data published by US government agencies — CPSC, NHTSA, FDA and USDA — and alerts you when something you track appears in a recall notice. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
What RapidRecall is not
RapidRecall is an aid, not an authority, and this is the paragraph that matters most. Recall matching is probabilistic: a match can be wrong, and a real recall can be missed — because an agency published incomplete data, because a product name was ambiguous, or because a feed was late. Government recall databases are the authoritative source, and the manufacturer’s own notice is the final word. Always verify a recall against the official notice — including serial and date ranges — before using, discarding, or returning a product, and never rely on the absence of an alert as proof a product is safe. RapidRecall is not legal, medical, or safety advice.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you add and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. One person per account; a household subscription covers the members you invite. You may close your account at any time from Settings, which permanently deletes your data.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the service: no scraping, no reselling the data, no attempts to access other people’s vaults, no using the forwarding address or import tools to process mail you don’t have the right to process. We may suspend accounts that do.
Subscriptions and billing
The free plan is free forever. Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal — never mid-period.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidRecall’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we’ll notify you by email before the change takes effect. Continued use after that is acceptance. The date above always reflects the current version.
